The bottom line with energy drinks: Avoid them

Have you ever skolled down a number of energy drinks in one night (perhaps being the designated driver) and felt your heart rate increase?

You need to see this.

I hope this helps you reassess your energy drink consumption. Having too many energy drinks can put you at risk of cardiac arrest ie. a heart attack.

Not to mention the enormous amount of calories, caffeine, added sugar, herbal rubbish, artificial colours and preservatives.... these 'cool to be seen drinking' energy drinks will sure help to stack on the kilos and increase your risk of a cardiac event. Need I say more!
